The City is building the sidewalk as the funds become available. The only section on those plans that pertain to ODOT at this time are sheets C8 and RD 756 detail. Do we need a separate permit or can it be part of the existing permit for the sidewalks? For your reference, I have attached a set of plans for the entire project.
