Something I forgot to mention in the meeting regarding disposal sites.
I’ve run into the issue in the past with regulators when contractors have disposed of waste/fill material onto private property without proof of an approval for fill and grading. I recommend looking into all waste sites being used and request a copy of the permit for the property. I believe Clackamas county requires an Erosion Control permit and DEQ would require a 1200-C permit based on the area of disturbance.
