I printed out the bid documents early last week. I ran calculations and priced this project competitively for the City of Molalla. The first sentence in the documents states Wednesday, June 9. I marked my calendar for Wednesday because I assumed the date was correct. I ordered a bid bond from our bonding agency for me to pick up this afternoon. There was no address on the ambiguity so I never caught the mistake myself until I began filling the documents a few minutes ago.
If you could explain how it was addressed without any mention of the mistake in Add#2 that would be very helpful.

The website has clear posted Addendums, in which Addendum 2, posted May 29th, does address this. I also personally informed Dick Eagle about this project a few weeks back that the project was out to advertisement. I do feel the City properly addressed the grammatical error with the Addendum No. 2. If you have any other questions, please let Ken or I know.

I just recently saw this and have looked through the Addenda and I do not see a clarification regarding an official correction of the stated bid date and time. Is it Tuesday, June 9 or is it Wednesday, June 10?
