Sanitary sewer line appears to be closer to the south curb, can you verify where the actual sewer is and where the manhole needs to go?

We would like to add a new sanitary sewer MH at an existing T intersection as shown in the attached sheet.
The line connecting serves 5 homes currently. If there is ever an issue with the line, we have no direct access to clean it out.
