Dan and I made a quick site visit today and noticed the culvert at the north were this concrete is to be used is blocked at the outlet with dirt, gravel and other debris. I cannot see where it daylights. My only concern is the ditch on the south side will not be able to drain during the storm event this weekend. This ditch usually carries a substantial amount of water.
