It is a replacement of the failing culverts, we were thinking of a bottomless arch pipe. Collected SDC reimbursements after January 2014 can be used to fund the project. The location is approximately 100 feet north of Hwy 211 along Molalla Forest Rd.

Below is the e-mail from Garrett asking us to look into replacing the triple 6’x6’ wooden box culverts under Molalla Forest Rd. last week, I briefly talked to you about it and you appeared not to know anything about it. We have put some efforts into this task, I am not sure it wasn’t well thought out in terms of cost, we figure close to 100K for replacement. Do you think we should continue with the permitting process or hold off for now? Please advise.

We have a situation on Molalla Forest Road where two wooden culverts are failing. We need to have you look at them and direct us in design and permitting issues. I am not sure, but will we need a special permit to work in a creek bed?
Also, how is our Vactor dump site coming along?
