Amount of Guarantee: 3. The amount of a maintenance guarantee shall be determined by the Public Works Director, but in any case not less than 20% of the value of the improvement. 4. The cost estimate substantiating the value of the improvement must be provided by the applicant and supported by engineering or an architect’s estimate Once you have approved the amount the Principals of Stafford will move to provide the guarantee.
