Hi Hassan,
The City would like to request a change order for the 3 additional items.
· Storm drain pipe repair from the catch basin located at the NE corner of 6th St and Stowers Ave. This can be paid under 10” DI Pipe as per CO#5 @$47.10/ LF. However, it can be included as a line item in a new CO #7.
· Construct a new storm Type G-2 Basin at the NW corner of 7th and Stowers and connecting it to the storm main in 7th St. There is nowhere for the water flowing to the south to drain. The next nearest storm basin is on 7th and Cole at least 100 yards away with almost 0% slope in some areas. This can be paid under 10” DI Pipe as per CO#5 @$47.10/ LF. However, it can be included as a line item in a new CO #7.
· Add a water valve at Heintz and Kennel for the south main on Kennel. There currently is no ability to shut off the water south on Kennel without turning off other users water as well. 1 existing valve is to be abandoned as well. Need a price for this one.
· Add 1 day to the schedule for determining the driveway conflicts on Stowers. I am thinking 2 days (one for the storm work and one for the valve installation)
