Jennifer, The only thing I would like to see is No Parking signs added to at least one side of this area. With this road only being 30 feet in width, if we get parking on both sides, we will have access issues. If you need a reference, Oregon Fire Code Section D103.6.2 states that access roads more than 26 feet but less than 32 feet need to have no parking sings on at least one side of the road. I’m glad to see this road open. It will cut down on response times to that entire area off of Heintz. Thank you for allowing my comments. An just to clarify, the existing hydrant will stay in its current location correct?
