Following up on our phone conversation from last Friday. Have you had a chance to discuss adding a second service with the new leasers? The contractor will be working on services early next week and would like to find out where the new service will be located.

Hi Bill,
I was able to confirm the following costs to add a second service in the contract.
· Contract Fee for service installation - $2000
· Water meter connection Fee - $600
· Total - $2600
Please let me know by next Tuesday if you want to proceed with the additional service.
Also, what size meter? 1” or 2”? The 2” will have a higher billing rate for water.
