Subject: Debris/Dumping Problem @ W Heintz
I got a notice from a concerned neighbor that someone, or perhaps more
than one person, is dumping garbage and even furniture at the dead end of
W Heintz. I've attached aerial shot for reference. I notified her that the
city can't really do anything unless we catch someone in the act, at which
time they should notify the PD. However, if anyone in PW has some time it
may be in our interest to dispose of the furniture ourselves. Just a heads
up.
