Eagle-Elsner was asked to fix this leak, it was on the opposite side of the road that we did our work on.

Apparently it wasn’t noticed leaking until the grinder milled the asphalt out. Since it was on the opposite of the road, Eagle-Elsner feels we are not responsible for it.
