There’s 3 items we need to cover:

· Maximum allowed driveway widths

· Property line setback to edge of driveway

· Homeowners shared responsibility of the cost

A home owner @ 406 Stowers Rd. request we give him a 24’ driveway, the plans call for a 12’ driveway.

I talked to Roger Langeliers and driveway drops are $25.00 each.
