Hi Jenn,
Just for your information, I compared the low bidder price to my cost estimate and they were comparable with no noticeable price spread between the two. So I crunched the numbers again on my estimate and found a mathematical error in section B under “Paving & Surfacing”. Attached is the estimate showing the corrected cost. $2,300 below the bid price.
