Yes the deed of dedication from the City of Eugene is acceptable for both Hozen and Avison. Just make sure we are receiving the property as dedicated and not an easement.

I just check with Sadie, see returned from vacation yesterday so I apologize for any delay. The City does not have deed template. These are typically drafted by the attorney’s. Is this something that you are capable of drafting from a typical deed form?
