Bill – Public Works Director, Jennifer Cline has been in contact with me regarding the Heintz Street dedication agreement as I have been out at a Conference this week. If you would like to come into City Hall for a discussion I am available on Monday the 13th or Tuesday the 14th. I think our response to your request is reasonable and signing the form guarantees certain things for your property’s future. We cannot, however, provide something outside the general property development process. We are providing a $200,000 plus improvement through this Urban Renewal Project for the property or we can also just change our plans. Something to think about.
