Jake’s argument is a moot point because he did not notify the City that within 24 hours of downloading the documents that he was plan holder in order to submit the bids.
However, you might email and/or call all the other plan holders to see if they think today is the bid date?

The bid documents confuse the bidder in claiming the due date for this bid is Wednesday, June 9…
I just recently saw this and have looked through the Addenda and I do not see a clarification regarding an official correction of the stated bid date and time. Is it Tuesday, June 9 or is it Wednesday, June 10?
