Subject: Heintz Intersection

Jennifer/Ken, just a heads up here. If you take a look at the SDMH187 – Heintz Culvert Video you will get a great view of the facility underneath the intersection. Surprisingly enough, it’s in pretty good shape. The bottom section isn’t visible with the water/debris but I think you could easily upgrade that existing facility and close the gaps without a massive overhaul as an option. Just wanted to let you know it wasn’t as bad of a doomsday scenario as previously thought.
