Hi Dan,

Will you please take a look the attached Obligation agreement.

Avison wants to ensure that we don’t restrict truck traffic on Heintz St to allow for redevelopment of his adjacent property. However, I do not want to commit the City to allowing all types of traffic on Hentz either, since the majority of the connecting street are residential. In addition, the residential street will not hold up with continuous heavy truck traffic. They are just not designed to meet heavy truck weights and some are in failure currently (i.e. Ridings). I could see meeting in the middle with service trucks only restriction.

I have no issues with an access for each of his properties. Which is why he is requesting an additional access near STA 23+70.65

Ken,

Does the City have any issues with the language added to the obligation agreement?

He is happy with everything we showed him. We answered all of his questions. Now, he wants to add three lines to the agreement. See attached.

Jenn is checking on these.

6-foot high

11 gage wire

It’s a 2:1 slope so 5-foot drop over 10 feet.

Fred,

Just wanted to check in to see if you had any questions on the documents I sent you last week. Looks like the contractor will be starting work July 6th.
