Regarding 535 W Heintz St.
A second water meter service was added and should be ready for use sometime late next week. I expect the other company (an amusement co) to come in and sign up for service soon after. A $2000 Service Fee and a $600 collection fee must be collected prior to the company opening the account for the second meter service provided.
The $2000 service fee should be credited to the W. Heintz Street URP.

Sorry Jennifer, it's been a crazy day. We would like to proceed with the second meter. I can meet with Ken, Dennis and the contractor to co/ordinate meter installation location(s) next week like onTuesday if that works for the others.

I was able to confirm the following costs to add a second service in the contract.
· Contract Fee for service installation - $2000
· Water meter connection Fee - $600
· Total - $2600
Please let me know by next Tuesday if you want to proceed with the additional service.
Also, what size meter? 1” or 2”? The 2” will have a higher billing rate for water.
