Attached is the proposal I sent you regarding the finish lift of asphalt on Taylor Ct., please review. If this work is acceptable can you confirm that you will issue a check to Jim Smith Excavating Inc. and leave it with the City of Molalla care of Jennifer Cline. After the City accepts our work they will issue an acceptance letter to you and I, and they will tender your check to me for work completed.

This work is now scheduled for the 18^th , 19^th , and 20^th of August.

Please have all your construction debris removed from the area to be paved.
