Hi Jim,
Your check from the city for the 2nd lift of paving was mailed yesterday, which includes the 6 Lot portion for the Studio E LCC 6 in Garden Court. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the payment.
In addition, I have the private developer checks to release for payment. If you don’t mind stopping by city hall I would like to have you sign a “release of payment” for the checks just acknowledging you received the payments. If you can give me a heads up before coming that will be great.
Otherwise I can email the release in which you can sign, scan or fax back to me.
