Hi Bonnie,
I am sending you a Right of Way permit instead of Sidewalk permit since the majority of your work will be in the right of way. I will require the section of sidewalk to be replaced in kind and will provide a standard drawing. I’m assuming the contractor will only need to replace a single panel. The contractor you choose will need to complete the permit for you.
