Hi Ken,
I received a call from Nick in the field requesting to eliminate a few of the horizontal bends on the new water line at the west end of the project near where the new road ties in (sheets 23-24). It would help save some expense to remove these bends if they are not necessary.
I don’t know why the bends were designed, however I wanted them to contact you for approval on a change of this nature. You should be getting a call on this soon. I’m assuming the bends are to avoid contact with the old Transite AC line?
