Hi Gerald,

Here’s the updates both Ryan and myself came up with. I moved at least 3 of the master plan projects to completed. The only costs I am missing are for the pump systems. I will check with Ryan to see if he has a better idea on those costs. Otherwise please throw something in on your best judgement.
