Hi Ryan,

Attached is the Water CIP list I mentioned to you last week in our meeting.

Please add any capital improvements (2nd table) that are NOT listed in our current capital improvement plans, also attached. I will add items in our current CIP later, if not already included. I just want to make sure we are not missing anything such as:

· Back up effluent pump

· Filter #1 Media – 10 years, $55K

· Filter #3 & #4 Media – 15 years, 65K?

· New Filter Plan Roof – 10 years? $75K
