It is my understanding you may know how to contact Roxy Smith, the organizer for the Walk for the Cure or Pub Crawl Event, that recently happened here in Molalla.
We have several purple ribbons that were attached to our street signs and within the City ROW. No one obtained an Event Permit to hang them so I do not have Roxy’s contact information to now have them removed. Although we support the cause, an event permit does need to be obtained to hang signs or other items within in the public right-of-way. Additionally, when the event is done, the items will need to be removed.
