Hi Everyone,

Below is a list of the Urban Renewal Projects as requested.

Also, in case adoption of the TSP was in question, I’ve also included the City Ordinance that adopts the current TSP.

Urban Renewal Projects List

1. Molalla Avenue – The URB ends at Shirley so we need to adjust Molalla Avenue improvement from S. Molalla Avenue at 3^rd Street north to N. Molalla Avenue to Shirley Street.

2. Heintz Street – The District ends at the extension of Dixon so we will need to use other funding sources for that portion from Ridings east to Dixon.

Council determined that the Lowe Street extension, Commercial Parkway and Molalla Forest Road should be kept in the project list but reduced to a 50% contribution from URB.

Projects added:

· Shaver Avenue – From Main Street south to 5^th Street

· Hart Avenue – From Main Street south to 5^th Street

· Metzler Avenue – From Main Street south to 3^rd Street

· 2^nd Street – From S, Molalla Avenue east to Lola Avenue

· 3^rd Street – From Hart Avenue to Metzler Avenue

· Public Parking Lot on Metzler - $100,000
