Hi Mike,

I came through on Grange in my personal car during lunch today and both us and your crew had equipment in the road working without flagging. If we need to do work and stop traffic intermittently, traffic control with flagging is a must. I will speak to our crew about this. I can’t expect utility contractors to follow the rules if we don’t ourselves.
