Hi Bill,

Yes the contractor will be required to contract a 3^rd party testing company to provide test reports to the city to verify trench compaction, subgrade road compaction and asphalt compaction results. The City has used Carlson in the past, but any certified testing company is acceptable.

I also, have new Standard Drawings for you to incorporate into your plans where they may apply. These drawings supersede any standard specifications that may be in conflict.
