Hi Ken,
Just curious, does the conditions of the permit require the contractor to submit a TESC – Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control plan? Does it require the contractor to have a certified erosion and sediment control lead on site? Let me know when you have the final signed C-1200 permit from DEQ, we can post it on the website as well.
Also, I noticed the Geotechnical study, Appendix E is the “Draft” report. Will the Final report be included in the next Addendum?
