Hi Nick,
I spoke with Nick on site yesterday about adding two Loose Gravel signs on the right side just after the intersections Kennel and Ridings as your entering onto Heintz. We recently had an incident on a previous project when a pedestrian slipped a fell on a gravel trench prior to paving. I believe adding these signs will better warn drivers and pedestrians of the loose grave from trenching and the roadway failure, along with protecting Westech and the City from possible claims.
These most likely will need to be on a post behind the sidewalk or planned sidewalk since paving a base lift is a while out.
