Here are the recent emails between myself, Gerald and Jeff. See attachments in each. I have requested the as-builts for both the Phases 1 & 2, but received the one engineered drawing.

In regards to the un-metered service. The attached 5909b-C2.0EX plan sheet shows the connection we were referencing. I have also provided a zoomed phot of the unmetered service connection. This drawing does not match the drawing Jeff provided in his 3/11/16 email.
