Hi Gerald,

Here are a few plans submitted by Multi Tech for the Stone Place ph. 3 apartments added sewer line. My comments so far are:

· 1” = 80’ & 1” = 50’ scales do measure out for half sheet plans

· Easement does not jog with sewer line on center, please adjust

· Provide written easement documentation for review, include drawing

· Notes, 1: change Molalla Standards to Molalla Public Works Standards

· Notes, 11: delete “engineering”

· Add Note: Work within City or ODOT right-of-way requires a permit prior to beginning construction.
