I apologize about the delay in getting back with you. You stopped into City Hall a few weeks back inquiring about developing a new property.
I have attached the permit information we spoke about in order to connect to City services. The fee for the work in right-of-way permit is $150 with a street cut and $125 without. There is also a Sidewalk & Driveway Permit for the inspection of a driveway approach on a public street with a $95.00 fee
SDC’s for a single family home are $17,775.00. There is also a $1200 fee for connecting to water & sewer, or $600 each.
