Here’s the letter I used last year. You may verbally tell the crew today that their last day will be on Sept. 30th.
Also, Dan just informed me the missed sample will cost the WWTP budget $500.
I know you mentioned we have a SOP for irrigation with the big guns. I think a solution may be a visual ½ sheet laminated check list that includes the key items from the SOP to verify that if not done may lead to a violation (i.e. samples taken, verify calibration, engine lock). This could be taped near the control panel.
