Hi Rick,

Yes, I have been talking with our supervisor regarding the various cleanup options. I have a call into the fire chief to burn the debris left, however that would not be until October and only if fire is willing to burn. It did not sound like there was much interest from the fire department to burn within the city limits.

As for the debris piles, the city will be removing the debris that parallels the drainage ditch. The extra-large debris pile covered with ivy left from removal of the original structure contains concrete material, among other materials, and will not be removed by the city.

I will revisit the work with our Supervisor and schedule a time for the crew to do the work. I anticipate this will be after Labor Day prior to October, which is the soonest we can get to it. In the meantime I would appreciate if you could provide a written right of entry to the property to complete the work.

Thank you for your patience,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.

Jennifer,

We were wonderIng if you had a chance to look at the three piles of debris left on our property located at 812 East Main. From our earlier discussion you had said this was debris left over from a contractor the city had used to clean out the ditch. We are wanting to clean up the site prior to the fall rains.

Can you let us know when you would be hauling that material off?

Thank you
