Hi Jake,
Sorry for the delay, I was out of the office on Friday.
I didn’t identify the exact schedule so that it is flexible for the team. I know we discussed 4 -10 hour days would not work at this time without a full time supervisor on board. However, until then 5 – 8’s or 4 – 9’s with a day off e/o week can be an option. With the exception that the day off will need to be coordinated when your co-worker is ON shift.
I.e. Sun – Thurs with e/o Thurs off, or Tues – Sat with e/o Tues off
What works best for both of you?

That will work for me. I will be on the Sunday thru Thursday. Are we doing a 5 day per week work schedule? Or are we doing the 9/80?

Please see the attached Working Day Schedule Change attached. If you have any questions, please let me know. At this time I would prefer to have Erik work the Friday “on” schedule to better coordinate with Jon Patrick. However, as long as there’s good communication and training, I am still open to any selection.
