Please call the 811 or 1-800-332-2344 for locates. This is a requirement for all utilities prior to any digging/construction.
Also, I have not received the attached Right-of-way Permit Application to allow the work. This will need to be completed prior to any construction in the right-of-way.

Hi Bonnie,
I am sending you a Right of Way permit instead of Sidewalk permit since the majority of your work will be in the right of way. I will require the section of sidewalk to be replaced in kind and will provide a standard drawing. I’m assuming the contractor will only need to replace a single panel. The contractor you choose will need to complete the permit for you.
