Hey Jenn,

Please find attached what we sent to Nick. For you I added the Bid Item No. that all their Items applied to that I have reviewed. If something is missing, let me know and I will place the Bid Item information with it.

Items pending on the water which I know is a key issue because they are trying to start that I believe tomorrow include the PEX tubing, Valves, Valve Boxes, an Item that appears to be for the Fire Hydrants but need verification (pg. 39-40), meter items, and bolts for joining pipes. Westech sent a gasket sheet today (attached) to Ken as part of the notes sent to Nick (pg. 27). The item is good and approved on the gasket. The item on pg. 27 is from a different manufacturer and is not approved so Westech needs to know one is approved and the other is not. If you have any questions on this let me know.

Westech wants to start working on the west end waterline Tuesday. We have reviewed their pipe submittal and have returned it to Nick for added information. John or I will send it to you shortly.

Much of the submittal can be approved as is, parts need added info.

The pipe for Tuesday's work is ok to approved.
