Updated the staff contact page.

By “Utility Billing information” (bullet point 4) do you mean the rate schedule? Yes, that should be front and center and not a link.

o Joyce – is the rate schedule on the site up to date?

When you get a chance, will you see if you can make a few changes to the following Contact Us page

Key Staff Contacts is a little clustered to the eye, I would like to clean them up. Can we just make our names a hyperlink to our email addresses when you click on them instead of showing them? For my number, please use my direct line 503.759.0218 (without the extension).

I would also like to include the After Hours Public Works Emergency Number: 503.829.4160 on this page at the bottom.

It may also be a good idea to have a Utilities Link, under City Departments. This site would have all the important Utility information such as;

· Information on the Utility Billing Dept. services and how to contact it, mainly Joyce.

· Emergency Public Works Number,

· a Link to Utility Payment Site https://www.xpressbillpay.com/

· and information that is provided currently on the right pull-down bar that states Utility Billing on the Public Works page http://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks , but actually has no utility billing information.

The Utility Billing pull-down items can be removed from the Public Works web page, but keep a link to the Utility Billing Department page. The “Water Saving Tips” in the pull-down menu can also be provided on the Water Division Page, at the bottom under Supporting Documents. http://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks/page/water-division
