We have required, as a condition of the Pac Fibre development, that they record an easement for the new fire hydrant located several hundred feet into their property. This easement is for access and maintenance of the hydrant.

I think James Bobst just wants to know if the location and size of the easement is sufficient. My understanding is that they must record this easement with the county, but he just wants the okay to go ahead and do so. Looking at it myself it looks okay. We would find out for sure if the county accepts the easement or not, so I don’t know if reaching out to Ztech is necessary.

It depends on what we are doing. The surveyors we currently have used are ZTech Engineers.

Do we have our own surveyors? If not I can just contact the county and inquire.

Dan or Nicolas - Can either of you contact our surveyors to have this reviewed before approving. I don’t have their contact info.

Good afternoon. Please find attached a Legal Description and an Easement Exhibit Map showing the 15’ wide easement for the recently installed hydrant line on our property located at 300 Shaver Ave. Please let me know if this will work okay for the City and how best to proceed. Thank you very much.
