Thank you for taking care of those water resource reports. I could not find that email again from Dorothy so I’m glad you were able to get in touch with her.
Anyways, just to let you know our fav person on the hill is watching water as well (see attached). As for reporting, will you please put together a spreadsheet that identifies when the reports are due?
You may also want to email Peter from OHA, and copy me please, regarding the plant inspection he did last year. I’m not sure if we received an initial report from him on the things to address or correct. I will look in my emails to see if I can find something from him as well.

So just a follow up. The report we sent off last Friday would have been the DRC paperwork and CCR certification for the consumer report, these went to OHA. We spoke about the Water Resources report but we do not report for 2015 until October. The report Dorothy is speaking of is for last year. It should have been submitted last October but I didn’t see any copies on file at the treatment plant. No worries, I spoke with Dorothy this morning and submitted the report for 2013-2014 online. I also noticed there had been no water use report filed for 2011-2012 so I reported that data also.

I noticed that we did not receive the annual report of monthly water use from the City of Molalla for the 2014 water year. This is unusual, since the City has filed a report with the Water Resources Department nearly every year during 1989-2013. Perhaps it just dropped off the radar screen.
I have attached a set of instructions for reporting directly to www.oregon.gov/OWRD, using 1172 as both User ID and Password. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call or email.
