Dear Ryan,

Congratulations, I am pleased to offer you the position of Water Treatment Plant Operator within the City of Molalla, Public Works Department. Effective June 29, 2015 your annual salary will be $63,772.08 plus 2% certificate pay incentive for each certification held with a maximum accumulation of 8%. It will be your responsibility to provide proof of certification. This salary step is Step 6 of 6 of the Teamsters Local Union bargaining agreement. Acceptance of employment will be with a full seniority reinstatement.

The City of Molalla pays both the employee and employer portions into your PERS retirement. The City also pays 100% of your health, vision and dental insurance premium. The eligibility date for insurance will be August 1, 2015.

Please come into City Hall prior to your start date of June 29, 2015 to refresh your payroll paperwork. Also, bring a your driver’s license and social security card for I-9 purposes.
