Yes, it is their responsibility to pay for them. I don’t think the plans included the signs. It was missed on mine and Garrett’s part at the time. As per our Molalla Public Works Standards, Section 6.0092 they are required to pay for the signs, and we install. I don’t believe the signs were ever paid for, just development review costs. We can order them and I will bill them after the fact and see if they pay. Unfortunately we already signed the plat.
6.0092 - STREET NAMES AND TRAFFIC CONTROL
Street names for all new development will be approved by the City prior to recording of any maps or plats. The development shall pay for all street name and traffic control signage prior to the signing of the final plat or map by the City. All new Signage will be provided and installed by the developer and installed by the City in new developments.
Street names shall conform with the established grid system(s) in the City and its UGB. No new street name shall be used which will duplicate or be confused with the name of existing streets in the UGB area.
Building numbering will be issued by the City of Molalla.

Who is responsible for installing the stop signs at Kelsey Loop and Julie Ln? Isn’t it Stafford Land Co? I recall us talking about this a while back, is this something we need to track them down on?
