Thanks for the information.
I located a phone number for Ralph Piuser and I just spoke to him on the phone. I will meet with him on site tomorrow (Thursday) at 1 pm. My objective is to understand exactly which fields he wants to have transferred from Canby to Molalla, and which of those fields he would like to receive biosolids later this year.
I also left a message for Pat Heins at DEQ. I explained that I am a consultant working for Molalla to help with the transfer process. I asked for him to please scan and email copies to me of the two authorization letters referenced in his voice email. I’ll update more as I learn more. Let me know if you have any questions.

Here is an update from the new DEQ Biosolids Manager, Pat Heins, 503.229.5347 on the Canby Biosolids Land Application sites for the Piuser properties.
