At this point we are only providing power to the lagoons, so no.

We will submit the aeration information to DEQ prior to install. The system purchased is sized for the lagoon so I don't see any issues and it doesn't require sampling or monitoring of any kind per the NPDES. We will develop a SOP for regular maintenance.

I don’t think that digging a trench falls into David Coles purview. Anything and everything we do on the plant itself needs DEQ purview not a trench between Hwy211 and a lagoon.
