Sure – do you have an address? She didn’t mention one.
The only underground facility I see is for 142 N Cole aka lot 15 on the Finney’s plat. There’s a storm line that runs under that property to Finney’s. If it is, then here is the plat and yes we have ownership/an easement recorded for it.
If not, I’ll have to do some further investigation.
