Hi Maureen,

I'm going to have Dan Z. research to see if there is an easement at the county. We have found some easements were recorded without a plat map.

If we do, we have the right to remove the trees and reconstruct the existing line. The biggest problem I see is the builder filled in the drainage channel and built on top with little to no drainage improvements.

Thanks for letting me know about mr. Brown.

It appears the line is a 24” concrete pipe. Dan Zinder just recently found maps of the system that was originally installed in 1977, I attach a copy of the sheet that applies here.

I also see in the Stormwater report the Summary states, “the post construction flows are equal or less than the pre-construction flows”. I will return the call and pass on the information. I just wanted to keep you in the loop.
