Sorry for the late response, I have been swamped with issues at our wonderful wastewater plant once again.
Anyways, to hopefully help me move forward in the future, I’ve updated that job description to specify “treatment” as I originally intended and blindly cut and pasted. Also, not necessary to be the DRC, however I would prefer them to fill the roles or cover vacations when needed.

Do you want someone with a Wastewater Treatment 3 and Water Treatment 3 or Wastewater Collection 3 and Water Distribution 3. Is this person going to be the DRC for the treatment plants and the distribution and collection or is someone else holding those positions. I want to make sure I understand this correctly so I know who to approach. Take a look again at the certification you have listed and let me know which ones you are looking for. Thanks.
